We work with several real estate brokers in specific markets to find the best sites. We are involved in every step of the design process from preliminary unit design to final construction drawings. Taking a hands-on approach allows us to control costs and efficiently design new communities. It also allows us to have a very good understanding of costs before final drawings are complete.

Duke Inc., General Contractors take a very active role in the construction process. We determine the product type through market studies, site visits and review of the competition. Working with our architects and engineers, we oversee the designing of a community that will succeed, both economically and aesthetically. From floor plan design, to site layout, to value engineering, the development team is involved in every design step to ensure an attractive, cost effective product is delivered to the client.
